Unfortunately, we do not currently have any electric charging stations. We will inform you here as soon as we are equipped.

You love Lake Achensee and the surrounding mountains as much as we do, and that's why we believe that you can help us to protect our nature. For example like this:

• Travel by bus & train to the Acherl.
• Bring bathing shoes for the wellness area from home.
• Use your hand and shower towels several times and simply hang them on the hooks in the bathroom. We only change towels that you lay on the floor.
• You can also use the sauna towels several times. Simply take them back to your room after the spa and dry them there.
• Perhaps skip a room cleaning in between.
• Refresh yourself with our fabulously clear mountain water! You will find a carafe and glasses in your room. Mineral water that has traveled a long way simply doesn't have to be, especially not in plastic bottles.
• When you're out and about at the lake and in the mountains, please don't leave any garbage behind in the countryside. There are plenty of garbage cans everywhere in the valley.

• Free guided hikes with the Achensee Tourist Office five days a week (summer)
• Free use of the cross-country ski trails in Achenkirch, Pertisau, Maurach, Steinberg and Wiesing (winter)
• Discounted tickets for the Karwendel cable car and the Rofan cable car (without skis)
• Discounted hop-on hop-off day tickets for the Achensee boat trip (summer)
• Reduced admission to the Achensee Atoll

Also worthwhile is the Achensee Erlebniscard, which gives you unlimited use of the Karwendel cable car and the Rofan cable car, for example! All information can be found on the website of the Achensee Tourist Office.

As our guests, you will receive an exclusive 20% discount on the green fee at Achenkirch Golf Club.

Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available from our neighbor Busslehner Sports, just 350 m from the Acherl, www.busslehner-sports.com.
Tip: For the vacation season, when demand is particularly high, it's best to reserve your rental bikes online here in advance!

The (ski) bus stop is 200 m from the Acherl. In winter, we can also shuttle you to the Christlum Express by golf cart (fee).

The bike and ski cellar is located in the basement.

You can get ski, snowboard and cross-country skiing equipment from our neighbor Busslehner Sports, just 350 m from the Acherl: www.busslehner-sports.com.
Busslehner Sports also has a branch directly at the valley station of the Christlum Express.

Tip: You benefit from a 10% discount if you book online in advance.

As an Acherl guest, you automatically book our delicious breakfast buffet. This guarantees you a great start to the day, from 07:30 - 10:30. For a fair € 12,- you can prepare a hiking snack from the breakfast buffet for your adventures on the way. Please only take as much as you really want to eat. Let's avoid wasting food!

What you won't find here is a half-board, three-quarter-board, gourmet-board, pampering-board or anything else. Beyond breakfast, you simply eat and drink what you feel like. And that is:

Every day (except Restaurant off day) from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. we serve regional delicacies, soups, salads and cakes from our a la carte menu. And our culinaric highlight is every evening, you can feast on fondue and raclette in any variation if you book in advance.

Oh, and if you're hungry or thirsty, we've packed a fridge and a snack basket . Just make a note of what you have taken on the pad next to it.

Well-behaved and clean dogs that are kept on a lead are welcome at the Acherl by prior arrangement. For your dog we charge € 20,- per night (without food).

With this information we would like to help you prepare for your vacation:

• We provide a water bowl and bowl mat in your room. Please bring your own food bowl and food. You can also buy food at Sparmarkt, 290 m from here. The nearest Fressnapf store is half an hour's drive away in Vomp.
• Dogs are not allowed in the bed or on upholstered furniture, thank you!
• Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area, in the children's playroom and in the restaurant. Your four-legged friends are welcome to accompany you on the sun terrace and on the edge of the sunbathing lawn.
• Please only leave your pet alone in the room if it is well behaved. Please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of your room door. If you would still like to have your room cleaned, please come to reception so that we can arrange a time.
• If we notice any damage to the inventory or special soiling, we reserve the right to charge you for repair and special cleaning costs.
• Around the Acherl you will find great hiking trails and meadows to let off steam. Where in the municipality of Achenkirch leashes and muzzles are compulsory, please read here. Please keep an eye out for grazing livestock and the relevant information.
• The nearest vet is Dr. Christian Messner in Schwaz.

Stretch out with pleasure in our small wellness area with bio-sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room. The hideaway from the world awaits you from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and of course earlier if the clouds are pouring down on us. Access from 15 years. In winter our Sauna is open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Day Spa
You are also welcome to treat yourself to a little time out at the Acherl if you are not staying with us. Please register in advance. All information about the Day Spa can be found here.

Unfortunately, the Acherl is not barrier-free yet - will come 2025.

Smoking is not permitted in the entire Acherl, except on your balcony and in the outdoor area. Thank you for helping to make the Acherl an oasis for everyone.

The visitor's tax is € 3 per person per night and is not included in the accommodation prices shown on the website. Children and young people who reach the age of 15 in the year of their visit are exempt from the tax.

You can cancel the accommodation contract up to 40 days before the agreed arrival date. If you cancel at shorter notice, these cancellation fees apply:

• up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total travel price
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total travel price
• in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total tour price
• on the day of arrival: 100% of the total tour price

Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
