Some things the Swiss just do best: herbal candies, "Schoggi" (chocolate), pocket knives, and of course, cheese! Marco our host, is a true Swiss, he loves to introduce our guests to the high art of fondue and raclette. His selection spans from classic meat fondues in oil or broth, to a vegetarian and even vegan fondue. The original Swiss cheese fondue is a must-try for any cheese lover. Prefer grilled and melted delights? Then the Raclette is just the meal you need. For dessert, treat yourself to pure chocolate happiness with our chocolate fondues made from the finest Swiss & Belgian chocolate.

Our Raclette & Fondue Stübli is open Thursday to Sunday from 6:00 PM. Reservation required!

Sonja is our expert when it comes to all things sparkling and effervescent. Long before the dream of Acherl became reality, she was managing bars and nightclubs – always with a keen sense for style, quality, and atmosphere. Her bar menu reflects that taste: a handpicked selection of gins, vodka and whiskey variations, fine rums, creative cocktails, unique Acherl specials, as well as a curated range of wines, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.

These days, Sonja prefers to spend her evenings entertaining her kids and enjoying some well-deserved quality family time. That’s why she brought in a strong addition to the team: AJ, our new Acherl Head Bartender, brings fresh energy to the Acherl Lounge Bar. With deep expertise, creativity, and a good dose of showmanship, he truly rocks the bar – charming, confident, and always ready with a perfectly mixed drink.

Together, Sonja and AJ represent a bar philosophy that blends indulgence, warmth, and a welcoming atmosphere.

No alcohol? No problem!
Sundowners or aperitifs without the booze are also served at the Lounge Bar – because for Sonja, “no alcohol” is absolutely a valid option.
